Who We Are
-
We believe there is real value in bringing order to disorder. We are naturally drawn to taking spaces that feel chaotic and creating a system that brings peace. Organization is not just about making something look cleaner. It is about creating order with the purpose of building systems that make every day better. 1 Corinthians 14:33, 40 captures that mindset simply: “For God is not a God of disorder but of peace… Everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.”

Our faith shapes the way we live, work, and treat people. Micah 6:8 says to “Do Justice, and to Love Kindness, and to Walk Humbly with your God.” That is the standard I set for Brier Built: We treat you fairly and do what is right. Our desire to be kind and patient, and approach every customer with humility and respect. I believe in putting God first, taking care of my family, loving my neighbor, and doing business in a way that reflects those values. Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”

The Marine Corps enhanced my sense of dicipline, preparation, structure, and systems that make things work. The Greek word taktikos —the root of our word tactical—means ordered, arranged, or systematic, and it describes the way I see problems. Where someone else may see a pile of unrelated things, I see categories, placement, sequence, and a system that makes sense. That mindset became the foundation of Brier Built. Psalm 90:17 says, “Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!”
